Return and exchange handling depends on where the product was purchased and the relevant partner, marketplace or commercial agreement.
Retail and marketplace purchases
Products bought through third-party platforms are governed by the return, exchange and refund policy shown on that platform at the time of purchase.
Business orders
Returns for wholesale, OEM or bulk orders are reviewed against agreed specifications, inspection notes, invoice terms and reported issue details.
Condition
Products generally need to be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, tags and accessories unless otherwise agreed in writing.
