At House of Brands, your satisfaction is our priority. We follow a simple and transparent return & exchange policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience while maintaining product quality and hygiene standards.


🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

·        You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

·        The product has a manufacturing defect

·        You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

·        The item is unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact

·        The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following are non-returnable:

  • Lingerie and innerwear
  • Items bought under BOGO / promotional offers
  • Products without original tags, used items, or items returned after the window
  • Gift sets that are partially used or incomplete

Please check the product page for specific return eligibility before purchase.


🔄 Exchange Policy

If your item qualifies for exchange (size or style issues), we will:

·        Offer a replacement of the same product, if available

·        Issue a store credit or refund if replacement is not possible


💬 How to Request a Return or Exchange

·        Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear photos (in case of defects or damage)

·        Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps


💸 Refund Process

1.      Once the returned item passes our quality check, we initiate the refund within 5–7 business days

2.      Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method

3.      COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer


🚚 Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  1. We offer free reverse pickup in most pin codes
  2. In rare cases where pickup is not available, we’ll request self-shipping and reimburse shipping charges (with valid proof)

📌 Notes

1.      Items must pass a quality check before refund or exchange is approved

2.      We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet the policy terms

3.      Returns will not be accepted beyond 7 days of delivery
