- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
📦 Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak/festive seasons.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
- A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499 and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (calculated at checkout)
📍 Coverage
We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not yet available for retail orders.
🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy
We follow a customer-first approach, but also ensure hygiene and product integrity, especially in personal-use categories.
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Damaged, defective, or wrong product received
- Manufacturing defects (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items in unused condition with original packaging and tags
Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
❌ Non-returnable Items
- Lingerie and innerwear – due to hygiene reasons
- Items bought under BOGO or promotional offers
- Items without original packaging, tags, or found to be used

💸 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
📦 Replacements
- In case of damaged or defective items, we offer free replacements, subject to availability
- If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or select an alternative
📌 Notes
- Returns/exchanges will only be accepted after proper verification
- Reverse pickup is available in most locations; in some cases, customers may need to self-ship
- We reserve the right to reject returns if the product doesn’t meet our quality check
